Cancellations:

10% of the deposit will be forfeited as a handling fee if your reservation is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the booked arrival date.
50% of the reservation total will be forfeited if your reservation is cancelled less than or on 14 days in advance of the booked arrival date.
